Ok now there really are pictures!

Well finally got this silly thing to work! There are pictures along the left side of the page and some in the middle! Today is my day off so I slept in, had a late breakfast and now I'm about to go out into town to do a bit of shopping, I really need an alarm clock! I hope everyone is doing great, it was so nice to talk to everyone at my house the other night, I miss you all very much and think of Seattle often:)

Hey my friend I hope you're well and fine. Have you had Sunday dinner with yorkshire pudding and roast beef yet? We miss you here and not just your pies. I read what you said about the funny questions people asked you about "America".
The first question a british national asked me when I was in India was "Why did you elect Ronald Reagan, again?" If you want to sound really international don't refer to yourself as "American" but as a "United Statesian" since the americas are a continent. And if you really want to impress those folks memorize the passage I included below and recite it to them over tea and scones; when winter comes. I'll give you 3 guess who wrote it and what it is from.
Well, cherrio and we love and miss you.
Jack

"Years and years ago, when I was a boy, when there were wolves in Wales, and birds the color of red-flannel petticoats whisked past the harp-shaped hills, when we sang and wallowed all night and day in caves that smelt like Sunday afternoons in damp front farmhouse parlors, and we chased, with the jawbones of deacons, the English and the bears, before the motor car, before the wheel, before the duchess-faced horse, when we rode the daft and happy hills bareback, it snowed and it snowed."
