England here I come!
Well, Im still in Washington...not that I don't love it here! I was just hoping to be in England by now, Damn British airlines! I had a couple hick-ups along the way. Now everything is just peachy, I have my visa ( at last!) and a plane ticket that I get to use on September 14th! Last week my lovely friends and family threw me a great little going away party! I had such a wonderful time, although it was hard to say goodbye to everyone (next week will be even harder!).

Hi Ilaria,
Sorry we missed your going away party, we were out of town but we were with you in spirit. I'm so happy to tell you that we are headed to the UK on March 3rd, 2008! We will be there until March 24th! So, can we come visit you? We would absolutely love to!
You will love Bath, it's been a long time, but I was there once and really enjoyed it. By the time we get there though you will be able to be our tour guide which we will appreciate a great deal.
So, enough for now. Take care Ilaria, breath deeply, think calm thoughts and remember that you are on an adventure and it will be a great one!!!

So, we suspect you are there at Shieling. We are looking forward to notes and photos of the school and of your co-workers there.
